Microsoft recognized as a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Information Archiving

Organisations are confronted with an increasing amount of data that is generated on a daily basis and constantly changing rules for the management of this data. To help you navigate more easily through this complex information landscape, we strive for integrated, intelligent and user-centric solutions.

In recent years, we have significantly increased our investments in risk and compliance management solutions, including archiving and information management. We have implemented new solutions such as B. Document management, insider risk management, communication compliance and new product features such as learning classifiers, dashboard, call reconstruction for Microsoft teams, to name but a few. In addition, we invested in expanding the Microsoft compliance ecosystem outside of Microsoft 365 with more than 30 pre-configured data connections, the Microsoft Graph eDiscovery API, and adapting workflows to meet communication needs.

In recognition of this investment, I am pleased to announce that Gartner has included Microsoft in its 2020 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Information Archiving. For the third consecutive year, Microsoft has been recognized as the leader in this critical area. For us, this recognition strengthens our position as a leader in innovative solutions for data management, archiving, e-discovery and compliance.

According to Gartner, executives have the highest combined indicators of performance and completeness of vision. You can have the most complete and scalable products. They’ve proven themselves on the best side, and they’ve proven themselves in the market. From a vision they are seen as opinion leaders, with clearly defined plans for usability, breadth of product range and scalability issues. To be successful in the long term, vendors need to plan to meet wider market requirements for EIA, including support for multiple types of content, support for cloud computing, robust and relevant e-discovery functionality and a transparent user interface. In addition, the suppliers mentioned in this report have their own migration products and services to accelerate the implementation of new archiving platforms rather than relying on third party commitments.

We continue to work closely with our customers to get feedback that helps us develop better products. Your input gives us an important insight into our efforts to create solutions that help you on your way to information, compliance and risk management.
