Should Google have confidence in all links in visitors’ posts? That’s what Google said.
Google’s senior web analyst, trend analyst John Muller, recently tweeted that links from a blog or guest post should not be permanent. This kind of news is not new to Google, but every time Google talks about SEO, it makes a big discussion in the world of SEO.
That’s what John Mueller recently twittered about guest blog links. Only the references are important here. If you provide links in your content, you may not skip any links or juice signals. And an attribute has to be rewritten or not. Links should only be a means to send recommendations.

This is not a new statement that Google has already made. If we look at the history of guest blogs, Semrush has put his paid guest blog function in his tool.
Because he’s breaking the rules of Google’s guest blog. Google said the guest blog will end in 2014 after numerous alerts from SEOs and website owners who wanted to use the guest post as an off-site connection tactic.
Some people may claim that it is contrary to Google’s recommendations to only have a mass blog for dofollow links. Maybe? But one thing’s for sure: Google has made it clear that the nofollow link attribute should be used in all your guest messages, even if it is a natural link.
Is that a sign of punishment? According to John Mueller’s quote, he is unaware of any plans to increase manual visibility. Google captures most of these algorithmic allies.
Google can read and ignore this algorithmic alliance links. It is therefore not very efficient to maintain a large number of guest blogs to get links. In another tweet from Mueller, he says that the practice has been known for a long time. Google’s algorithms contain a lot of learning material, so most of these links will probably be ignored automatically.
Shouldn’t Google trust these connections? Some SEO specialists believe that Google is mistaken in this approach. Either way, it works. Many SEO’s claim that the links on the guest blog will work anyway. And it all works, because Google always has a way to help you get a better ranking on Google. Of course, it is almost difficult to verify the reliability of this data, because many factors in the Google search engine influence the ranking. A little confidence works, though.
Which reminded us. When Matt Cutts finished the guest blog in 2014, he unfortunately refused to end it. This means that Google would have taken a firm stance at the time, namely that it could not believe the links on the guest blog. He therefore used both manual and algorithmic strategies to avoid relying on these links.
As SEO we usually find something that tries to help our websites get a better ranking. We have come to the point that we expand it as much as possible, that it turns out to be so overloaded that it no longer works or that Google has to take a step because it is being manipulated.
It’s not just Google. For some time, Yandex neglected all identified links with the companies’ requests because they were too heavily manipulated. This did not prevent the SEO from making connections, so they went about things differently anyway.
It seems that a guest blog for dofollow links is not a good SEO strategy. If you do it for traffic and brand building, you free up everything. Don’t worry or relax if these links are not supported by the publisher, Google has probably ignored them in the past.
